We only collect personal data when you submit a demo request through our website. The information we collect is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your restaurant name
• Your message

We do not collect any other personal data from visitors.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to respond to your demo request — to schedule a call, answer your questions, and follow up with you about Cuenta. We do not use it for marketing to third parties or any other purpose.

4. How we process your data

When you submit the demo request form, your data is sent to our internal communication tool (Discord) so our team receives it and can follow up with you directly. It is not stored in a public database or shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — processing your contact information to respond to your demo request is a legitimate business interest.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — by submitting the form, you consent to us using the provided information to follow up with you.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or until you request deletion. In any case, we do not keep it for more than 2 years. To request deletion of your data, email us at hola@getcuenta.app.

Under GDPR (Articles 15–22), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.

We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking pixels.

9. Third-party services and data transfers

Your demo request data is transmitted to Discord (discord.com) via a webhook. Discord's servers may be located outside the European Union. Discord, Inc. participates in appropriate data transfer mechanisms (including Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure adequate protection of personal data transferred outside the EU.

We do not share your data with any other third parties, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
